What areas do you cover?

Most of our work is in the Comal County area. In and around New Braunfels to Canyon Lake and towards Bulverde. 

 

Do you install the projects that you design?

Yes. We are primarily a design/build landscape contractor. All of the design work we do, is for clients intending for us to install the entire landscape.

Do you do designs for others to install?

No. We put a lot of time and thought into your design and finished project, and do not believe that another contractor will deliver the quality and overall finished product that you will get from us. 

 

Do you do free consultations?

We will schedule a consultation at no charge after the contact form on the Contact Us page is completed.  

 

Do you give free estimates?

We prepare a detailed and thorough proposal that includes a firm price with no forgotten costly surprises. 

 

How long will it take before a proposal is ready?

Most proposals and concept plans will be completed in two to four weeks after our initial consultation. Occasionally the process may take more time during late Spring through Summer.

How soon can you start our project?

We can typically get started on your project four to eight weeks after a plan and budget have been established.

What size projects do you install?

We install projects from $25,000 to over $250,000. Most of our complete projects range in size from $60,000 to $150,000. We frequently install larger projects in two or three phases over a couple of years. 

 

Do you install commercial projects?

Occasionally we will do a commercial project for a past residential customer who is looking for a well thought out design and quality installation.

Do you install sprinkler systems?

We install irrigation systems for our landscape projects. We do not install or repair irrigation systems that are not part of one of our landscape projects. LI17072

 

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We give a one year guarantee on plant material that is a 5 gallon or larger. A 1 Year Parts and Labor warranty on irrigation and lighting systems.

 

Are you insured?

We carry a $1,000,000 commercial liability policy through USAA that covers on-site accidents along with our equipment, trailers, and trucks.
